13:58: Stations 33, 34, 13, 14, 25, 85, and 52 dispatched to 214 Maple Manor Extension in Brady Township. Caller reporting smoke from a window with no sign of flames. Unknown if occupied.

13:59: Stations 33 and 34 acknowledge the call.

14:01: 52-1 is en route.

14:01: Control is advising units that an additional caller reports the structure should not be occupied but there is a dog tied to the porch they are attempting to get loose.

14:02: Second alert for Station 13 due to no acknowledgment.

14:03: Station 13 acknowledges the call with 1 man on station. Engine 33-2 is en route.

14:04: Utility 14 is en route.

14:05: Engine 25 is en route.

14:06: Tanker 13 is en route.

14:07: Engine 85-2 is en route. Engine 13 is now on scene reporting heavy smoke showing.

14:08: Tower 33 and Tanker 34 are en route.

14:09: Engine 14-2 and Utility 14 are approaching the scene requesting orders from Command. Rescue 14 is en route.

14:10: 52-1 is on scene.

14:13: Engine 34 is stating they will setup water supply on Harmony Road.

14:14: Tower 33 is on scene. Engine 25 is reporting 2 minutes out; they are instructed to stage on Centerville Pike and send their manpower.

14:15: Station 33 is reporting to Command they have an additional crew; they are instructed to roll Tanker 33 next. Engine 25 is on location. Truck 85 is en route.

14:16: Another individual is at Station 25, instructed to send the Brush truck, non-emergency.

14:17: Rescue 14 is on scene. Tanker 33 is en route.

14:18: Squad 34 is en route. Tanker 34 is approaching.

14:20: Tanker 33 is approaching and is instructed to stage on Centerville Pike as well.

14:22: Tanker 33 is on scene.

14:26: Command is advised by Harrisville units that water supply has been established on Harmony Road now.

14:31: Truck 85 is on scene.

14:38: Maple Manor Command states the fire is under control at this time and they are beginning overhaul. Command is requesting the PSP Fire Marshall be sent to the scene.

14:46: Red Cross is to be alerted to assist the residents.

14:57: Control is advising that Red Cross has been notified.

15:00: Station 25 units are clear of the scene but will be covering calls for Stations 14 and 33 until they clear.

15:09: Mercer Station 85 units are clear, released by Command.

15:14: 52-1 and Station 34 units are clear of this incident.

15:18: Tanker 13 is in service and returning to station.

15:56: Chief 33 is reporting the incident can be terminated, but he will be remaining on scene with the Fire Marshall at this time.
