11:20: BT-3 is responding; Captain 3-2 is en route to her station. Engine 38 is en route.
11:22: BT-3 is on scene with 2 vehicles in the Wendy’s parking lot.
11:23: Engine 38 is on location.
11:26: Command is advising the responding Butler Ambulance unit that Engine 38 will be obtaining a patient refusal and they can cancel their response.
11:37: BT-3 is reporting Command is terminated; all units are back in service.
