09:07: Stations 90, 21, and 51 (and mutual aid) dispatched to 602 Meadow Glen Court, Cranberry Township, for a report of smoke coming from the house with no one inside.
09:15: Engine-21-2 is on the scene of a 2-story single-family residential with nothing showing from the A-side.
09:16: Tower-21 is on location. Command is confirming a smoke condition in the basement. Ladder-22 is responding. Tower-42 is reporting an Agency-involved crash at the intersection of Routes 19 and 228.
09:17: Chief-19-2 is reporting on scene at the crash. He’ll need a Heavy Rescue and an Engine there. Command at the firegrounds is releasing EN-19 to respond. C-19-2 is requesting the PD quickly; Control states they’re working on it. Engine-19 is responding to the MVA.
09:18: Chief 21-2 is responding to the crash. Station 51 is being dispatched to the MVA with no additional details given at dispatch.
09:19: Station 62 added to the MVA (possibly due to Station 51 being out of units with at least 1 on standby at the fire? Unknown).
09:20: No traffic to Freedom Rd, all traffic down Rt 19. Command at Meadow Glen reports they had a small fire in the dryer that has been isolated and outside the building. That incidence can be held to units on scene there only.
09:21: 62-4 is responding to the MVA. 228-RQ is clear from the fire. 51-1 is now advising they diverted to the crash and they’re on scene. They’ve also requested Medic 955 directly from Allegheny County.
09:22: Control is advising 51-1 that Stations 62 and 130 have been dispatched and is asking if they’re both still requested; 51-1 states they’re getting out and checking now. All units are to continue at this time. RQ-42 and Medic 955 are responding.
09:25: 185-EN-2 was initially responding to the MVA from the fire, but was cancelled by Command there. 51-1 advises they are evaluating 2 minor injuries that’ll likely be non-transports. Stations 62 and 130 can cancel the additional ambulances; Medic 955 is to continue in.
09:26: Medic 955 and 185-RQ are on scene.
09:29: RQ-42 is on location at the MVA.
09:30: Command wants all traffic coming toward the accident on Freedom from the direction of Sheetz to be routed through the mall; it will be shut down from the intersection of Sheetz up. TR-21 is going to block Freedom and divert traffic at this time. All traffic, all lanes. They’re reporting on location.
09:40: Meadow Glen Command terminated. 51-1 is transporting 1 from the MVA to AHN Wexford with Medic 955 on board.
09:42: RQ-42 is back in service.
09:49: Command is directing another Fire Police vehicle to position so that Station 19 units can be released.
09:52: EN-19 is back in service.
11:19: The MVA at Rt 228 is now terminated.
