12:45: Control is providing an updated location of 210 Pillow Street.
12:46: EN-1-2 on scene. Control states the caller reported the side of a building was starting to catch fire. EN-1-2 does not want the assignment upgraded to a structure fire response at this time.
12:47: Tower-1 is responding.
12:48: EN-1-2 reports they do have a little bit of flame on the side of the building from the arcing. They’re requesting West Penn Power upgrade/expedite their response (NOT upgrade this incident to a structure fire assignment). TR-1 is arriving.
12:53: Control states West Penn Power has been notified of the situation and gave their standard 1 hour ETA.
12:54: EN-1-2 is reporting the power company is on location at this time.
