MVA with injury: Rt 8 @ Kelly Rd

08:43: Stations 25 and 99 alerted for an MVA at the intersection of William Flynn Highway and Kelly Road in Clay Township. Two vehicles involved, on the roadway, with unknown injuries as of dispatch.

08:45: Control is advising 99-3 that an additional caller reports at least 1 injury.

08:50: 99-3 is now further advised their patient is a male, bleeding from the face.

08:51: Control now states an additional call is reporting the patient is possibly entrapped.

08:52: Control now states units can disregard the report of entrapment.

08:56: Station 14 alerted by request of RQ-25. 99-3 is arriving on scene with 2 vehicles involved, both with heavy front-end damage. The right lane is blocked.

08:58: 99-3 is advising that 1 vehicle will require a door-pop, but the occupant therein is uninjured.

09:01: 99-4 is now responding to this incident, as well.

09:02: RQ-25 is on location.

09:06: RQ-14 is arriving on scene; they’re to set up for traffic control and begin turning vehicles around at this time.

09:13: 99-4 is on scene.

09:20: 99-3 is transporting to BMH.

09:29: 99-4 is back in service from the scene.

09:48: RQ-14 can begin reopening the roadway.

09:49: Command is terminated and Station 25 units are back in service.
