11:33: Stations 15, 11, 10, and 45 dispatched to 6681 Mushrush Road in Jefferson Township for a 3rd-party report of smoke coming from a roof with no vehicles in the driveway. Second active call to Station 15 (they are out on a residential smoke alarm call on Westminster Rd in Clinton Twp).
11:34: Chief 15-2 reports they’re clearing from their prior incident, responding here.
11:37: Second alert for Stations 10 and 11 due to no acknowledgment. Tanker 15 is responding.
11:42: Control is advising C-15-2 they’re seeing live video showing light gray smoke from the residence; C-15-2 requests the 2nd alarm. C-15-2 is now arriving on scene with a working fire.
11:43: Stations 16, 3, and 9 are being toned. Rescue 3 is en route.
11:44: Command requests West Penn Power be contacted for a remote disconnect. He’s asking what units are on the road other than Station 15; RQ-3 is the only unit so far.
11:45: EN-15 is to come in the driveway; TN-15 is to stay on the hard road. Command reports fire on the 2nd Division. EN-15 is to bypass the plug; TN-15 will hook directly in until someone else can take the plug.
11:46: Command is warning EN-15 to stay short of overhead powerlines. TN-15 is on scene. Control is asking Command to confirm the house number for the remote power disconnect. Station 27 is requested to the scene for a full assist; they’re being toned now.
11:47: Ladder 3 is responding, driver only.
11:48: Second alert for Station 16 followed by their acknowledgment. RQ-3 is coming off the Boulevard, requesting orders; they’re to grab the hydrant, lay in up to the scene, and send their manpower to Command.
11:49: Command is ready for water from TN-15; he’s advised it is coming. Engine 27 is en route. Control is asking again to confirm the house number. Command states he’s working on it; nothing is marked there.
11:50: Someone is asking TN-15 to send their water, again. LR-3 is advised they won’t be able to get in to the scene; they’re to stage on the hard road and send manpower. “TN-15, I need your water.”
11:51: RQ-3 is confirming they’re to take the hydrant at the end of Saxonburg Rd; the response is affirmative. Tanker 16 is responding.
11:52: Command is instructing the next unit in off of Saxonburg Rd to hit the hydrant for RQ-3.
11:53: Command is instructing LR-3 to set up ground ladders. He’s asking Control to just have the power company respond out as they can’t find any markings to confirm the house number. Tanker 27 is responding.
11:55: Someone is advising they are dressing the hydrant for (TN-3?)2 right now.
11:57: At this time, EN-9, EN-27, and TN-16 are still en route.
11:58: Engine 11-2 is en route.
11:59: The hydrant is dressed and ready to go; they’re asking if (TN-3?) is ready yet. (TN-3?) is being instructed to lay into TN-15. The hydrant is laid from Mushrush and Saxonburg. Hydrant is still reporting water supply is not established; the hose line is short of the road. They’ll need to extend the line up to the scene.
12:00: Tanker 10 is responding. A unit is reporting a half tank of water.
12:01: Command is asking Interior if they’re getting a knock on the fire; Interior is stating they can get a knock if they can get a red line back where it was. Interior reports partial collapse. Command is instructing them to pull out. There is heavy black smoke pushing out the front.
12:02: All units are to continue in exterior attack at this time. Interior crews are saying to hit the air horns. “EVAC, EVAC, EVAC! Get ’em out!”
12:03: “Command, we have PAR? …Command, do we have PAR?”
12:04: “Command, we’re going to need EMS to the front of EN-15.” Command is going to have someone pull a 2½” line.
12:05: Rescue 27 is en route. EN-27 is approaching; they’re to make sure the water supply is established and send their manpower to Command. The hydrant is ready for Command when he’s ready.
12:06: All incoming units are to stage on their line of approach and send their manpower to Command. TN-16 is on scene. EN-27 is on scene. RQ-27 requests Station 36 on standby for Buffalo Township area.
12:07: The hydrant is instructed to charge the line; “water’s coming.” Station 36 is being toned.
12:08: TN-27 is on scene.
12:09: EN-11-2 is on scene. TN-27 requests Allegheny 169 move an Engine into Station 27 and Westmoreland 99 transfer a Tanker.
12:15: Command 45 and 45-1 are on scene for rehab.
12:16: RQ-27 is on scene.
12:23: Command is requested to send another crew to the 2nd Division.
12:26: Command is advising interior crews that there is still active fire in the attic on (multiple sides?) and (something?) is starting to melt.
12:27: EN-19 is out at Station 16 for standby.
12:28: Command is advising interior crews they’ll be making an access hole on the Delta side peak, from the outside.
12:34: Everyone is to pull out once again; they’re going to hit it with a deck gun from the driveway side.
12:43: Command is advised the power company is on scene.
12:50: TN-99 is out at Station 27.
13:05: Charlie Sector (rear of the structure) is asking Command to have the Division 2 crew pull more ceiling; it looks like it is still burning above a window AC unit. An attic ladder and saw are requested to the interior.
13:10: Command was checking if Division 2 is ready for a fan to be activated; they are not, yet.
15:04: C-3 requests Command send EMS to RQ-3.
15:22: 45-2 is transporting 1 to BMH from the fire scene.
15:30: Incident terminated.
