10:40: Stations 12 and 99, with Water Rescue Team 300, dispatched for an MVA on Powder Mill Rd near Rutledge Ln in Connoquenessing Twp. A Pickup truck rolled over and is in water up to its windows. 99-3 is assigned.
10:42: Station 14 acknowledges the call.
10:43: Lt-300 is responding to the scene with 1 technician. Chief 12-2 is also responding and is requesting Station 3 be added to the call. They’re being toned out now and also Station 3-2 acknowledges the call.
10:44: SQ-19 is responding with 1 tech. Station 12 has the call. C-3-2 is responding to the scene. Control now advises that bystanders have the occupant out of the vehicle.
10:45: C-3 is responding.
10:46: Rescue 12 is en route.
10:50: RQ-12 and C-3 are on location.
10:51: RQ-12 is confirming all occupants are out of the vehicle; they have 2 patients that need EMS attention. Team 300 can cancel at this time.
10:52: 99-21 is asking for patient status and if 2 transport units are needed; Command is advising both patients will require transport.
10:54: 99-21 is asking for a 2nd transport unit to the scene from Station 62.
10:55: Station 62 alerted for the call.
10:57: Command is advising 99-21/99-3 that both patients are on the Rescue at this time. 99-3 and 99-21 are both on location.
10:58: 62-5 is responding.
11:07: Per 99-21, the 2nd patient will be a refusal; 62-5 is canceled.
11:17: 99-3 is BLS to BMH.
11:22: 99-21 is clear and in service.
11:26: All Station 3 units are clear per C-3.
11:51: SQ-19 is on scene. It’s not clearly related, but earlier, Control had requested a line officer from Team 300 call in by phone (Station 19 has several members of Team 300).
12:07: Lt-300 is on scene.
12:54: Lt-300 is clear and returning in service.
13:17: All units are now clear of the scene and in service.
