18:14: Stations 3, 1, 14, and 99 dispatched for a structure fire with possible entrapment, 116 Dubbs Ln, Butler Twp. Multiple calls reporting a house on fire; there’s possibly 1 adult male still inside. Tower 1 is responding from Memorial Park. C-3-3 requests the 2nd alarm.
18:16: Stations 9, 35, 38, 11, 33 are being dispatched. Station 33 acknowledges the call. EN-38 is advising all units to position strategically because Dubbs is a very narrow lane.
18:17: Control is now advising that all parties are now confirmed out. TR-1 is on the scene reporting a single-story small residential structure with evacuation in progress and smoke showing.
18:19: The first Engine is to (lay in from the hydrant to TR-1?). EN-38 is on Mercer Road asking if they’re to come in Dubbs or Aubrey Lane; they’re instructed to come in and grab the hydrant at the end of Dubbs.
18:20: EN-1-2 is arriving, stretching a line. EN-38 is taking the hydrant at Mercer Rd. They’re advising Mercer Rd will be shut down. C-3-3 requests Twp PD for traffic control; Control states they’re pulling up now.
18:21: Engines 14 and 3 are responding. Control is advising 99-6 that Twp PD is reporting 1 patient with burns.
18:22: 99-6 is advised that their patient will be in the driveway. C-3-3 is on scene with Command. City PD are needed to come up Mercer and close the road from that end; Control states that has been relayed. EN-1-2 reports the 360° inspection is complete; the fire appears to be in the kitchen on A/D side. LR-3 is asking if they’ll be able to get in to use the Ladder if needed; they’re advised negative.
18:23: Rescue 11 is responding.
18:24: Per Command, all units are to stage like they’re going to the golf course, at the main entrance of Dubbs, and walk into the scene No units are to call for further orders.
18:25: EN-14 is on scene.
18:26: EN-35(-2?) is en route. Control is asking Command to verify if it is 116 or 116½ Dubbs Ln.
18:29: Rescue 35 is en route.
18:30: EN-3 is on location.
18:31: Command is confirming the address is 116½ Dubbs Ln. West Penn Power is needed. All units not on scene are to continue in non-emergency.
18:32: Utility 35 reported en route, but was instructed to standby per Command. TR-33 can return to Station. The fire is marked under control.
18:33: C-3 is on scene.
18:34: EN-35 is on scene.
18:35: Any 2nd alarm units not on scene are now canceled by Command. RQ-35 is back in service. RQ-11 is approaching; they’re to proceed in to fill air bottles.
18:36: EN-9 and UT-35 are back in service. RQ-11 is on scene.
18:38: EN-38 is requesting their station be recalled for backfill.
18:39: The power company has been notified. They’ll attempt a remote disconnect, and they gave a 1-2 hour ETA for a crew.
18:40: Command will be contacting the PSP Fire Marshall directly.
18:43: 99-6 is transporting 1 patient to West Penn Hospital.
18:48: RQ-11 is back in service.
18:51: C-35-2 is advising Command that the hydrant has been shut down.
19:07: City units are clear of the scene.
19:21: Twp PD has requested LR-3 be moved; Command states a crew is coming out now.
19:24: 99-6 is out at the hospital.
