00:25: Control advises the homeowner was the caller, and it was in her yard.

00:27: C-30-3 now requests the helicopter in the air; the LZ will be 144 Rider Rd (I’m showing approximately 40.9838°, -79.8314°, depending on their exact LZ). 56-2 is advised that they’ll have a mid-50s patient with no helmet.
00:28: 56-2 advises they’re 2 minutes out.
00:30: A unit is now being diverted to set up the LZ. 56-2 is on scene. They’re advised 99-21 is responding as their medic assist.
00:31: 99-21 is on location.
00:34: EN-30 is to close southbound Rt 38 traffic at Howe(?) Equipment.
00:35: LF-4 is airborne from their base at the Butler Airport.
00:39: RQ-26 is out to establish the landing zone. LF-4 is crossing Rt 422 near the Rt 8 junction.
00:40: 56-2 is transporting to the LZ.
00:41: The helicopter is passing the reservoir and requesting their LZ briefing. The ground crew has visual contact.
00:42: The pilot reports they’re showing overhead; they’re just west of the LZ, turning, and now reporting they have visual on the LZ. Orbiting to land.
00:43: 56-2 is requesting RSI equipment from the flight crew when they land.
00:45: The helicopter is on the ground.
01:08: LF-4 is airborne to AGH.
