19:29: Stations 15 and 45 dispatched to the area of 159 Bonniebrook Rd. Vehicle vs pedestrian, 1 patient unconscious.
19:30: Station 45 acknowledges the call; both 45-1 and 45-2 will be responding. Chief 15-2 and Commander 45-2 are en route to the scene. Control is advising that this is possibly the result of a domestic incident.
19:31: Cmdr-45-2 is on location. 45-2 is en route.
19:32: 45-2 is requesting the availability of air medical. C-15-2 is on scene. Chief 15 is reporting there are two injuries. One patient is still on the ground with facial injury; the other has road rash from either jumping from or being thrown from the vehicle.
19:33: 45-1 is now responding.
19:34: Control states LifeFlight 4 is on standby with a 10 minute ETA. Safety Officer 15 is on scene, setting up for traffic control. C-15-2 is asking him if he has a medical bag in his vehicle.
19:35: Command states the helicopter can stand down per EMS.
19:36: Rescue 15 is en route.
19:37: RQ-15 is being instructed to come in off of Rt 356. 45-2 and 45-1 are approaching from Rt 356.
19:39: 45-2 is on scene.
19:43: C-15 is now requesting the helicopter to be placed back on standby per EMS on scene.
19:44: EN-15 is being redirected to Penn United for a possible landing zone.
19:46: PD has advised they want the road to remain closed at this time.
19:49: Command is now requesting the helicopter in the air to Penn United.
19:50: Control is advising EN-15 they’ll have LF-4 in 8 minutes.
19:51: 45-2 is transporting 1 patient to the landing zone.
19:53: LF-4 is airborne from their base at the Butler Airport (KBTP).
19:57: 45-1 is clear of the scene with a patient refusal. LF-4 is requesting their LZ briefing; there is a paraglider in the area to the east who is apparently moving out of the way now.
20:00: EN-15 is marking LF-4 on the ground.
20:13: EN-15 reports LF-4 is airborne to a Pittsburgh hospital, and the LZ is secured.
20:14: Command states they do not need EN-15 at the scene; they’re cleared to return to station.
20:22: Incident terminated.
