07:24: C-16 is arriving with a working structure fire and is requesting a 2nd alarm activation.
07:25: Fire on the Bravo side and in the roof per Command. Stations 19 and 11 are being alerted.
07:27: EN-42 is on scene as 1st due engine.
07:28: Command requests a rundown of units en route; TR-42 is the only other apparatus on the road right now.
07:29: EN-19 is now en route. Command is asking the closest hydrant location; Control advises 119 Forsythe Rd.
07:34: Command is asking if he has any Tankers other than TN-16 on the road; Control states TN-11 just called en route.
07:35: Cap-42 is advising Command of attic access. TN-16 is arriving; they’re to setup a porta-tank at the rear of the building.
07:36: Allegheny Station 290 and Station 20 are requested for tankers and manpower.
07:37: Interior crews are asking Command to call for a remote power disconnect.
07:38: C-42-2 is now asking Butler for the remote disconnect.
07:41: Access to the attic has been made, the majority of the fire on the Bravo side is out.
07:44: TN-20 is en route.
07:45: Control states the power company said there are 2 meters at this location, and they’re going to attempt disconnects on both.
07:51: The power company advised they cannot do a remote disconnect on a commercial account, but they’ll have a crew en route shortly.
08:05: Stations 21 and Allegheny 185 are requested for manpower.
08:09: EN-21-2 is responding.
08:16: Command is advising all units that the power company has the power disconnected now.
08:17: Rehab is being setup on the Delta side of the structure.
09:03: TN-11 is back in service.
09:34: EN-19 is back in service.
