23:03: Stations 21, 42, and 51, along with Squad 98 and Allegheny Station 185, dispatched for a rollover MVA with entrapment, 20021 Rt 19.
23:04: 51-2, SQ-98, and Engine 21 are responding.
23:05: Control is updating all units that the male occupant is unconscious and still in the vehicle but NOT entrapped. RQ-21 en route. 185-Chief states he is close; Control is advising he called over for his Station. 185-C is en route.
23:06: SQ-98 is on location. RQ-42 is responding. Station 228 is also offering their Rescue.
23:07: Control states that per PD, the male is conscious and still in the vehicle, possibly in seizure. 185-C is on scene establishing Command and reporting 1 vehicle on its roof with a bunch of bystanders around it. EN-21 is to come up the wrong way and nose in.
23:08: RQ-21 is to pull in behind the Engine and assist with stabilizing the vehicle and removal of the driver’s side.
23:09: RQ-21 and 51-2 are on location.
23:10: Command is marking patient extrication complete.
23:12: RQ-42 is approaching, reporting about a minute out. Per (C-21-2?), any units not on scene are to downgrade to non-emergency.
23:13: Any unit not on scene can now return in service.
23:14: Station 42 units are clear.
23:37: 51-2 is out at the hospital. Unknown when they transported. Control is checking the status of SQ-98; he is back in service.
23:43: Fire Police are stating wrecker n conflagtation.
