Tractor-Trailer Rollover: Cleveland Cliffs

09:33: Stations 3 and 1 dispatched for a tractor-trailer rolled over, leaking fuel, in the area of Pittsburgh Road at Armco Hill. The driver is uninjured but unable to get out of the truck. After dispatch, Chief 3 is responding and is advised this will be the northbound ramp into Cleveland Cliffs.

09:34: Tower 1 and Engine 1-2 are en route.

09:35: Rescue 3 and Chief 3-2 are responding. C-3 is on scene confirming a tractor-trailer on its side. The occupant appears to be out at this time.

09:37: An incoming unit is being instructed to setup as a blocker until semis can be moved out of the way.

09:38: RQ-3 is advised Oil-Dri will be needed upon their arrival.

09:39: Control is asking C-3 if a medic unit is needed and the response is affirmative. Station 99 is being alerted.

09:40: C-3 is asking Control to contact Station 54 for Oil-Dri. Station 1 units are canceled by Command.

09:44: Control states Station 54 has been notified and is checking.

09:46: 99-2 is on location.

09:47: Rescue 3-2 is en route. All units responding are to proceed in non-emergency per Command. C-54-2 is asking how much Oil-Dri is requested.

09:48: C-3 requests at least 8 packs. RQ-54 will be responding momentarily.

09:55: C-54-2 advises RQ-54 is responding with 4 bags of Oil-Dri and they’re trying to get more.

09:56: 99-2 is transporting, BLS, to BMH. RQ-3-2 is to position as a blocker and advises they have 5 bags of Oil-Dri. C-54-2 is advised to hold off on the extra.

10:04: Station 3 is asking Command if any additional resources are needed and Command states they have sufficient resources on scene.

10:14: RQ-3 is responding to a smoke investigation call on South Benbrook Road.

12:07: C-3 reports all units are clear of this incident, responding to a truck vs pole on Evans City Road. There were no other updates from this scene.
