23:15: Control is advising PD are on scene reporting a head-on collision.
23:17: Station 51 is being added; PD report multiple injuries. RQ-42 is asking if there is any update on entrapment; Control states they know what Control knows at this time.
23:18: Station 21 is now being added by request of RQ-42. PD want the road closed between Myoma and Seven Fields Blvd.
23:19: 76-1 is being advised there are multiple victims including several children and a male with a nosebleed.
23:20: RQ-42 is on scene stating the road is completely blocked.
23:21: C-42 states they will have the entire road blocked; they’re in the middle of the intersection. He is being advised everyone is out of the vehicles.
23:22: EN-19 to close the road at Myoma Road.
23:23: 76-1 is on location.
23:24: 51-3 and 51-4 are on location.
23:36: C-21 is advising FP that his large apparatus are going to clear the scene at this time.
23:39: 76-1 is transporting a patient to UPMC Passavant. C-21 states his units are clear with the exception of FP.
23:50: 51-4 is transporting a patient to Wexford; 51-3 is following them, apparently due to their personnel being onboard 51-4.
23:55: FP units are stating all vehicles are on tows and they are to begin clearing out.
23:57: C-42 is terminating Command. Stations 42 and 19 are clear.
