MVA w/ Entrapment: Centreville Pike

17:23: Stations 33, 14, and 52 dispatched for an MVA in the area of 569 Centreville Pike, 2 vehicles on the roadway, 1 male entrapped unresponsive. This is near or just south of the Harmony Road intersection.

17:24: 52-2 is en route, requesting air medical on standby.

17:26: 52-2 is on scene.

17:27: 52-2 is advising 33 units that they’ll need an LZ.

17:28: Control states Stat 8 is on standby to the High School, 9 minutes.

17:29: Command is now requesting the helicopter in the air. Control is confirming the High School as the LZ.

17:30: EN-33-2 is to divert to the HS for the landing zone.

17:31: EN-33-2 is on scene at the school.

17:33: 52-1 is inbound; they are advised they’ll have patients for evaluation.

17:34: 52-1 is now on scene.

17:35: RQ-14 is on scene with the roadway shut down. EN-14-2 is approaching. Stat 8 is airborne from Grove City Airport (29D).

17:36: EN-14-2 is on scene.

17:37: Cap-33 is requesting an update on PSP. The pilot is now requesting his LZ briefing.

17:39: Control is advising Command that PSP reportedly just turned onto Centreville Pike.

17:40: Stat 8 is being marked on the ground at the LZ.

17:41: TR-33 is being instructed to send additional personnel up to 52-2.

17:43: Command is requesting 1 additional person from EN-14-2 up to 52-2.

17:46: 52-2 is en route to the LZ.

17:50: 52-2 is out at the LZ.

17:58: TR-33 is advising EN-14-2 they will be released soon.

18:04: Stat 8 is reported in the air to Presby.

18:12: 52-2 is back in service. Control is asking if 52-1 is still on scene and is advised they are also clear. Station 33 units are now back in service, as well.

18:25: This incident is now being terminated.
