21:56: Stations 15 and 45 dispatched to Winfield Road at Brose Road in Winfield Township for a semi-truck vs Jeep; the Jeep is overturned and it is believed to be fatal.
21:57: Chief 15-2 is en route.
21:58: 45-3 en route.
21:59: Control is advising all units a male is believed to be under the Jeep. Station 15 acknowledges the call.
22:01: 45-3 is asking if there is any word on the A-K PULSER medic. Control states PULSER has been dispatched and Control is on the phone right now seeing if they’re en route. 45-3 is asking for Station 99 if PULSER is not en route. Control now advises PULSER is en route.
22:02: Medic 273 is reporting en route to Control. 45-3 is now requesting the closest available helicopter on standby.
22:04: Rescue 15 is en route. 45-3 is on scene.
22:05: Chief 15 is on scene with Command. Control states Stat 3 is on standby with a 13 minute ETA. Command has confirmed entrapment in the overturned vehicle.
22:06: Station 27 is requested for an Engine and is to come in off Bear Creek. EN-27 copied direct and will be responding. Engine 15 is being directed to the Winfield fire hall for a possible LZ.
22:08: EN-15 is responding. The helicopter is now being released by Command. EN-15 is to approach the scene to shut the road down. EN-27 is to close the road at Bear Creek.
22:09: 45-3 is advising PULSER to proceed in non-emergency; she believes they have two Signal 70 (DOA) patients. RQ-15 is approaching; they are to come past the ambulance and get a light tower up, avoiding power lines.
22:11: RQ-15 is on location. EN-27 is on location, but Command advises he has Fire Police on their way to that location and EN-27 can return in service once FP arrive.
22:14: EN-15 is on scene. SQ-15 is to turn around and come in off Bear Creek to assist with road closure.
22:19: EN-27 is back in service.
23:00: There have been no further updates from the scene at this time.
23:37: Medic 273 is clear from the scene.
00:34: 45-3 is now back in service from the scene, as well.
01:50: Command terminated; all FD units are back in service.
