04:36: 99-2 is responding and is advised these are the tracks that run under South Monroe. Engines 1 and 1-2 are en route.
04:38: 99-2 is asking if this is by the car wash on S. Monroe; Control states they’re by the car wash, it was the tracks under S. Monroe. 99-2 is now reporting on scene, followed shortly by City FD units.
04:39: 99-21 is now responding as well.
04:41: 99-21 is on scene. 99-2 is asking for their heart monitor to be brought up.
04:49: 99-2 is advising the ER they are working a traumatic arrest with some pulses.
05:00: 99-2 is clear of S. Monroe, en route to Butler Hospital.
05:02: The paramedic is reporting “massive chest and head trauma.”
05:04: 99-2 is out at the hospital.
