08:44: Stations 27, 36 and 70 EMS dispatched for an MVA, Freeport Rd @ Butler Rd; vehicle into the bridge, 1 male with head injury.
08:48: Freeport 70-4 is en route.
08:49: Station 27 acknowledges the call. 70-4 is asking if there is a better location; they’re advised the phone ping was on the bridge just off of Freeport Road.
08:50: Control states the caller indicated this is blocking the entire bridge. 70-4 is now reporting on scene. Rescue 36 is responding.
08:51: RQ-36 is asking EMS for their exact location; they’re stating “around the end of the bridge for 356 up into Allegheny Township.” 70-3 is now responding to this incident, as well.
08:53: Engine 27 is responding.
08:55: 70-4 reports there is 1 vehicle into the guardrail with minor damage and no fluids or leakage, and there is 1 patient with minor injuries.
08:58: RQ-36 is on location.
09:00: Command is asking Control to have Armstrong dispatch Station 70 Fire for traffic control on the Allegheny Twp side of the bridge.
09:01: EN-27 is approaching; they are to proceed past the scene to the other side of the bridge to slow traffic.. Command states they are working southbound traffic into the northbound lane, so they need 1 lane of traffic coming across from Allegheny Twp.
09:02: 70-4 is back in service.
09:04: EN-27 is on scene.
09:06: Station 70 is asking Command for specific instructions; Command is now placing them back in service.
09:13: EN-27 is released by Command.
09:15: Command terminated; all units are back in service.
