09:16: Rescues 3 and 3-2 and 99-4 are responding.
09:17: C-3 is releasing City units to handle a possible structure fire call in Butler City (see Facebook post).
09:18: Control is advising 99-4 that PD on scene report 1 patient with difficulty breathing.
09:20: 99-4 is on scene.
09:21: En-38 is on location.
09:22: C-3 is on scene. Brush 3 is responding. RQ-3-2 is approaching on Greenwood. They are to stage behind C-3’s vehicle.
09:23: RQ-3-2 is on location.
09:24: RQ-3 is approaching; C-3 states they will shut down Rt 422, RQ-3 is to proceed around and come in behind the police vehicle in front of the Moraine Commons entrance.
09:26: BR-3 is being downgraded to non-emergency and is instructed to pull into Moraine Commons behind the Rescue.
09:49: C-3 is marking extrication complete. There was no prior mention of entrapment on the scanner.
09:58: 99-4 is transporting a patient ALS to Allegheny General Hospital.
10:07: En-38 is back in service.
10:11: All remaining FD units are back in service; incident terminated.
10:45: 99-4 is out at AGH.
