16:24: Stations 14 ,13, and 99 dispatched to William Flynn Hwy @ Muddy Creek Dr. for a 3-vehicle MVA w/ unknown injuries.

16:25: Lt-13-3 acknowledges the call. C-14-3 is en route to his station.

16:26: 99-2 is responding.

16:27: Station 14 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station. Lieutenant 14 is on scene, investigating.

16:30: Rescue 14 is en route. Command is advising they’ll need traffic control and fluid containment on one vehicle. 99-2 is advised no one is complaining of injuries and they can slow their response.

16:31: Engine 13 is responding. Command is advised Station 13 was added to this call by mistake; they are now released.

16:32: RQ-14 is approaching; they’re to stage in the northbound lane and assist with clearing traffic. RQ-14 is now reporting on scene, as well.

16:37: 99-2 is approaching; they’re instructed to pull onto Sunset Drive; they’ll have patients for evaluations but no injuries. They’re now on scene.

16:44: Station 14 is back in service.

16:46: 99-2 is back in service with patient refusals.

16:51: 99-2 is requesting Station 14 return to the scene for a battery disconnect and a possible fire in a pickup truck.

16:53: 99-2 is confirming a fire in the engine compartment. Engine 14 is en route.

16:55: EN-14 is on scene.

17:00: Station 14 is clear of the scene once more.
