22:22: Stations 24, 22, and 64 dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries near the 96 mile marker of I-79. A van was reportedly northbound and went down into the median just before the 488 overpass.
22:24: Rescue 22 is responding. Station 24 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station. Chief 22-2 is en route.
22:25: Control is now advising a second call from the person involved reports she is uninjured but unable to get out of the van.
22:28: Rescue 24 and 64-2 are responding.
22:31: 64-2 is advising they are northbound and are turning around at the 97 turnaround to proceed south. RQ-24 is advising them it is just south of 488 right at the end of the exit. RQ-24 is reporting on scene.
22:32: Engine 22 is en route.
22:33: RQ-24 is advising RQ-22 to get off at 488 and turn south and assist with traffic control.
22:34: 64-2 is approaching and is to stage by RQ-24.
22:35: C-22-2 and 64-2 are on scene.
22:41: 64-2 is back in service with patient refusal.
22:43: EN-22 is on location.
22:46: EN-22 has been released by Command.
22:51: EN-22 is now reporting all Station 22 units are clear of the interstate.
