09:21: Stations 13, 14, 12, 3, and 99 dispatched to 783 W Old Route 422 in Franklin Township for multiple calls reporting a house on fire.
09:23: 99-5 is responding.
09:24: Chief 3 is en route. Control is advising all units the homeowners have reported there should be no humans in the residence but there are animals.
09:25: Captain 12 is on scene with smoke showing and the porch on fire. Engine 13 is responding. C-3-2 is asking EN-13 if they want the ladder or rescue and is advised the ladder.
09:26: Second alert for Station 14 due to no acknowledgment.
09:27: EN-13 is approaching, requesting orders; they’re to pull in the driveway and stretch an 1¾” line.
09:28: Control is advising Cap-12 the only apparatus on the road is EN-13. He is requesting a second alarm. Tanker 13 en route. EN-13 is on scene.
09:29: Rescue 3-2 is en route. Station 14 acknowledges the call. Squad 12 and Ladder 3 are responding. Stations 24, 33, 9, 25 and 35 are now being alerted.
09:30: Tanker 12 is responding.
09:31: Brush 13 is en route. TN-13 is approaching.
09:32: Chief 33 acknowledges the call. Engine 14-2 is en route.
09:33: 99-5 is reporting in the area. BR-13 is approaching; they’re to stage out of the way and assist the engine. Station 24 acknowledges the call.
09:34: C-35 is asking Command which apparatus is needed but is not getting an immediate reply. Second alert for Station 9.
09:36: RQ-3-2 is on scene. Engine 24 is responding.
09:37: EN-14-2 is requesting orders. They are to stage behind TN-13 and send their manpower to Command at EN-13.
09:38: Interior crews (possibly Cap-13 again) are attempting to contact Command with no response.
09:39: Interior crews are possibly stating the fire is knocked down and they’re checking for extension. They need a crew to do overhaul on the north side of the building; they’re working on the south side now. LR-3 is on scene.
09:40: Engines 33 and 35 are en route.
09:41: Heavy fire in the front room per Command; interior crews are being directed to the Alpha-Bravo corner.
09:43: RQ-3 is to stage on the roadway and send their manpower up.
09:47: Command is marking the fire under control at this time. EN-24 is arriving on scene.
09:51: EN-35 is approaching and is to stage on the roadway. Interior crews are asking for an attic ladder. EN-35 is now on scene.
09:53: TN-35-2 is on scene.
09:57: EN-33 is on location.
09:58: Utility 14 is responding.
10:06: LR-3 states they’ve exited the building, but additional crews may be needed for more overhaul.
10:07: UT-14 is on scene.
10:10: TN-33 is approaching, requesting orders.
10:35: TN-13 is being instructed by Command to shut down the supply line.
10:49: TN-35-2 is back on their station.
10:56: Station 33 units have been released by Command.
10:59: Station 24 units are clear of the scene.

11:10: Fire Police asked Command if they are clear to reopen the road yet; they’re now being advised negative. C-3 reports all Station 3 units are in service.
11:28: TN-13 is clear of the scene. Command is terminated; all remaining units are back in service.
