08:11: Stations 22, 20, 21, and 62 dispatched for an MVA with injury at the intersection of Perry Highway and Lindsay Road in Jackson Township. A dump truck was hauling a tractor on a trailer, and the trailer rolled over. There are other vehicles involved and reportedly one female with a leg injury. Negative entrapment.
08:12: Engine 21-2, 62-6, Rescue 21, and Chief 22-2 are en route. Control is now advising one driver in a passenger car is still inside, reportedly confined but not entrapped.
08:13: Station 20 acknowledges the call.
08:16: Rescue 20 is responding, understaffed. Engine 22-3 is also en route.
08:17: C-22-2 is on scene reporting 3 vehicles involved; he is checking for injuries.
08:18: RQ-21 is on location. Rescue 22 is responding.
08:19: Per Command, all patients are out; some hazmat cleanup will be needed. All units are still to proceed in. EN-21-2 is on scene.
08:21: Squad 98 is reporting on scene.
08:22: RQ-22 is being instructed to take the turn lane southbound, setup behind the ambulance, and assist RQ-21 with containment.
08:25: EN-22-3 is approaching and is instructed to stage and assist with containment.
08:39: 62-6 is available with 1 patient refusal, but they’re unable to get out of traffic at this time.
08:46: Station 21 units are back in service.
08:54: All northbound traffic is being diverted while they’re working on rolling the truck(?).
10:15: Traffic control is ongoing, but there have been no significant updates from the scene.
10:33: Command is asking Control to check if PennDOT can relieve the FD. The tow truck is awaiting a crane and it may be awhile.
10:34: Control states PennDOT has been notified but no ETA was provided.
11:30: Fire Police are now discussing leaving. Unclear if PennDOT has arrived to take over or if the scene is being cleared.
12:34: Route 19 Command is now terminated; all fire units are back in service.
