21:39: Stations 11 and 99 dispatched for a vehicle vs building with unknown injuries. McBride Station, 340 Pittsburgh Rd. Penn Twp.
21:40: Chief 11 and 99-4 are responding.
21:44: Rescue 11 is en route.
21:45: Per Control, PD are on scene reporting the vehicle is completely inside the building. Heavy damage to both the building and vehicle. A female can be heard screaming from inside the building somewhere.
21:46: Control states that PD are reporting the male driver is unconscious. A female is holding pressure on a wound in an unknown location. Control is checking for a helicopter at PD suggestion.
21:47: RQ-11 on scene. Control is advising 99-4 that LifeFlight 4 is checking weather.
21:48: Station 99 states that 99-2 will now be responding as well. 99-4 is approaching the scene, requesting orders.
21:49: Control is advising LF-4 is good for weather and standing by.
21:54: Engine 11 is en route.
21:56: EN-11 is requesting orders but not getting an immediate response.
21:57: EN-11 is on location.
21:58: 99-2 is on scene.
22:02: 99-4 is advising they will rendezvous with LF-4 at their base, at the Butler Airport.
22:14: Control is asking EMS on scene for an ETA to the rendezvous. They’re stating about 10 minutes.
22:16: 99-4 is transporting to the airport.
22:19: 99-4 is out with LifeFlight at the airport.
22:45: There have been no other updates from the scene to this time. LF-4 has not departed the Butler Airport yet.
22:50: The helicopter is now departing to Pittsburgh.
23:03: LF-4 is arriving on the helipad at Allegheny General Hospital.
23:34: There was no indication of 99-2 leaving this scene, however there was a medical call just dispatched for Station 99, and 99-2 is now being assigned to it.
00:09: Pittsburgh Road Command is terminated. Station 11 is back in service.
