21:59: Stations 3, 1, and 99 dispatched for a male run over by a vehicle at the intersection of New Castle Road and Campus Lane in Butler Township. It is believed the male was riding a bicycle; Control is still obtaining information as of dispatch. 99-4 is assigned.
22:00: 99-4 is en route. Chief 3-2 is responding to the scene. Control is stating the updated location is the intersection of 13th Avenue and West New Castle Street, in Butler City.
22:01: Rescue 1, Engine 1-2, and 99-21 are en route. 99-21 is requesting Control check the availability of air medical.
22:02: RQ-1 and EN-1-2 are on scene. Station 3 is being instructed to standby.
22:04: 99-4 is on scene. Both air services are checking weather; if cleared to fly, Stat MedEvac is the closest with a 12 minute ETA.
22:06: Station 3 is now released by Command.
22:12: Per Control, Stat 3 is good for weather and standing by with a 12 minute ETA. EN-1-2 is requesting them in the air to the BMH helipad.
22:16: 99-4 is transporting to the helipad.
22:18: Station 1 units and 99-21 are back in service from the scene.
22:19: Stat 3 is airborne from their base at UPMC Cranberry.
22:23: Control states the aircraft has an updated ETA of 4 minutes. 99-4 is out at the helipad. The helicopter is ~2 miles southwest of the Butler Airport at this time.
~22:29: The helicopter appears to be on the helipad at BMH.
22:37: Stat 3 is airborne to Pittsburgh.
22:51: Stat 3 is on the helipad at UPMC Presbyterian.
22:57: 99-4 is back in service.
