17:37: Engine 13 and Rescue 24 are responding.
17:38: 64-1 is reporting nothing spotted in the median around the bridge; they’re heading north and requesting RQ-24 proceed south.
17:40: 64-1 is on scene right past the bridge that is under construction. The vehicle is in the median but is NOT overturned.
17:42: 64-1 is asking if PSP is en route and is advised they are.
17:43: RQ-24 is on location.
17:44: RQ-24 is requesting EN-13 stop short of the 488 bridge and move traffic into the right lane. It is not clear if they are in the northbound or southbound lanes.
17:45: EN-13 is on scene.
17:48: The wrecker has arrived and the vehicle is out of the median and drivable. Stations 24 and 13 are clearing the Interstate.
