08:07: EN-38 is on scene reporting only 2 vehicles, 1 of which is the bus.
08:09: RQ-3 is arriving; they’re to stage on their approach on Acre and send their crew to assist with traffic on Evans City Road. 99-3 is to turn on Acre and park behind the Rescue.
