17:56: Stations 42, 19 and 51 dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries at the Seven Fields Giant Eagle. A vehicle is over the hillside into a ravine with occupants still inside. Control states it appears to be on the High Pointe Drive side of the lot.
17:57: 51-3 and Engine 19 are responding.
17:58: Engine 42-2 is en route.
17:59: Station 21 is advising EN-42-2 they have 2 crews on Station and is asking if they want the Rescue on the road; EN-42-2 is asking them to start that way.
18:00: Rescue 21 is en route.
18:03: EN-42-2 states they have traveled up Seven Fields Blvd and is asking if there is any better location information available. Control is advising it sounds like the vehicle went out of the parking lot on the High Pointe Drive side.
18:04: EN-42-2 is now reporting they are on location.
18:05: 51-3 is on scene.
18:06: EN-19 is on location.
18:19: EN-19 is back in service.
19:06: Station 42 is back in service. The status of 51-3 is unknown; their radio traffic may have been walked on by other incidents.
