11:30: Stations 20, 19 and 99 dispatched to the area of 640 Brownsdale Rd, Forward Twp for an MVA with unknown injury.
11:31: 99-4 is assigned. Station 19 acknowledges the call.
11:32: Station 20 acknowledges the call.
11:33: Engine 19 and 99-4 are responding.
11:35: Rescue 20 is en route.
11:41: RQ-20 is reporting they’re in the area with nothing found yet and is asking if Control has taken any other calls on it. Control states negative, and the calls that did come through were getting disconnected due to cell service. RQ-20 is now reporting they’ve located the scene directly across from 584 Brownsdale. There is 1 vehicle that spun out into a field. All occupants are out. Chief 20-2 has Command.
11:42: Station 19 units are canceled by Command.
11:43: Per Command, there are no injuries and 99-4 can cancel; they’ll need PSP and a tow. Control states PSP was already notified.
11:49: PSP is on scene and there is no need for FD. Command is terminated.
