Structure Fire: Natili North

14:51: Stations 1, 3, 38, and 99 dispatched for a structure fire at 204 North Main Street in Butler City. Multiple calls report smoke from the rear of Natili North and a caller from the 3rd floor reports heavy smoke. Evacuation is in progress. Station 3-2 acknowledges the call.

14:52: Engine 38 is responding.

14:53: Engine 1-2 is clearing a previous call and is en route.

14:54: Tower 1 is responding.

14:55: TR-1 is on location with Command. Heavy smoke is reported on the 2nd and 3rd floor and entering the restaurant. TR-1 is also noting a 3 story apartment complex next to Natili’s. EN-1 arriving at the rear of the building on North Jackson Street.

14:57: TR-1 is advising Captain 1-2 there is smoke from the basement all the way up. Cap-1-2 states there is smoke pushing out of a hole in the wall on the floor above the restaurant, but nothing real hot has been found yet.

14:58: Cap-1-2 is stating it must be mainly in the basement and TR-1 states there is heavy smoke coming out of the basement. EN-38 is turning onto Main St. They are to go in the front door to assist in the basement.

15:00: A small amount of fire is reported visible on the Charlie-Delta corner, from the basement.

15:02: LD-3(?) is being instructed to pull in nose-to-nose with EN-1-2 in the rear of the structure.

15:09: Lt-1-2 is advising Cap-1-2 they have the fire knocked down between the two buildings on the Charlie side behind Natili’s. Crews are going to the 2nd floor to check for smoke conditions.

15:13: Command is marking the fire out. They are beginning ventilation.

15:59: 99-2 has been released by Command.

16:02: Station 3 units are clear, back in service.

16:03: Incident terminated; all remaining units are back in service.
