03:43 Stations 33 and 52 dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries at The Heights, 100 Woodbridge Drive in Slippery Rock Township. A caller reports a male drove a vehicle into a retention pond and it is now stuck in mud. The male appears to be under the influence.
03:46: Chief 33 acknowledges the call. Control advises the caller states the vehicle is in mud; C-33 is asked to report if any other resources will be needed. Station 33 acknowledges the call and 52-2 is responding.
03:49: Engine 33 is en route.
03:50: 52-2 is on scene.
03:51: 52-2 is reporting a vehicle over a guardrail with about a 20′ drop. The male is still in the vehicle. There are security personnel with him now.
03:52: EN-33 is arriving; C-33 has Command. He is requesting Squad 85, Rescue 14, and Station 33’s tones for a Tower crew.
03:55: Captain 14 and Chief 14 are responding to their station. Command is asking EMS about the best route down to the patient.
04:01: Command is marking patient extrication complete. RQ-14 is to continue in non-emergency and SQ-85 can cancel.
04:02: RQ-14 is en route.
04:06: 52-2 is reporting en route to Grove City but is being instructed by Command to standby.
04:08: 52-2 now states they are waiting for PSP who is almost on scene.
04:16: RQ-14 is on location.
04:25: RQ-14 is back in service.
04:34: 52-2 is now reporting clear of the scene with a patient refusal.
04:46: Command terminated; Station 33 is back in service.
