13:23: Stations 42, 19, 16, 21, and 76 dispatched for a 2-vehicle MVA with PD on scene confirming entrapment, near the intersection of Mars-Valencia Road and Downieville Road.
13:24: Station 19 acknowledges the call. Squad 76 and 76-4 are responding.
13:25: Station 16 acknowledges the call. Captain 42, Engine 19, Rescue 21 and Chief 21-2 are en route.
13:26: Rescue 42 is responding and asking for clarification on the details; Control states there is a 26 year old male entrapped and there is a fuel leak.
13:27: Cap-42 is on scene. RQ-42 is advised this is a box truck in the parking lot of Austin’s and Command needs “all the tools.” They are now reporting on location as well.
13:28: SQ-76 is on scene.
13:30: EN-19 is instructed to setup behind RQ-42 and provide 1 person for diesel fuel containment at a yellow tractor-trailer and send their remaining manpower to assist with patient extrication.
13:31: 76-1 has now diverted to this incident. EN-19 is at the intersection of Pittsburgh Street and Route 228. Engine 42-2 is responding understaffed.
13:32: Rescue 16 is en route.
13:33: Command is marking patient extrication complete.
13:34: Command is requesting Station 21 Fire Police continue in to close Mars-Valencia Road at Route 228; all other apparatus can return in service.
13:35: RQ-21 is reporting they are positioned for the closure until FP arrive on scene. EN-42-2 is reporting they are arriving if RQ-21 wants to go back in service as well.
13:37: RQ-21 is back in service stating EN-42-2 has the intersection of Mars-Valencia and 228 shut down.
13:41: 76-4 is transporting the patient to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.
