11:11: C-16 is on scene with Command. Control now states PD are requesting units downgrade to a non-emergency response; the patient is no longer entrapped.
11:12: 76-4 is on location.
11:13: Rescue 42 is responding.
11:15: C-42 is on scene. RQ-16 is approaching; they are to stop at State Road to redirect traffic.
11:16: RQ-16 is now reporting on location.
11:17: 241-EN-1 is approaching but is now released by Command. RQ-42 is cleared by C-42 who states he is also clearing the scene.
