16:24: Station 13 acknowledges.
16:25: Portable 64 is acknowledging the call and requests a helicopter on standby. Chief 24-3 is en route to the scene.
16:26: C-24-3 states he passed through the area with nothing located yet. Control is advising the vehicle is reportedly in the yard of the address dispatched.
16:27: P-64 is on scene stating the vehicle came over the embankment and slammed into a car in the driveway and the operator is becoming agitated at this time. Station 24 acknowledges the call.
16:28: 64-2 is responding.
16:29: Control is asking C-24-3 for a location for an LZ to give to the air services; he states a field at the scene.
16:30: Rescue 24 is en route. C-24-3 is now on location.
16:31: 64-2 is on scene.
16:32: Control states Stat 8 is standing by with a 10 minute ETA. Engine 13 is responding.
16:34: RQ-24 is on location.
16:40: Command is requesting the helicopter in the air to the scene.
16:41: Control states 10 minutes for the aircraft with EN-13 as the ground contact. They are to stop near the bend to setup the landing zone.
16:42: EN-13 is on location.
16:45: Command is advising EN-13 to update the helicopter crew that the patient is pretty apprehensive and combative. They are asking if they are to land it right on Rt 19 and are advised wherever they’ve got a good spot.
16:48: EN-13 is instructing Fire Police to shut down southbound traffic for the landing zone.
16:50: Stat 8 is now airborne from the Grove City Airport.
16:51: The pilot is contacting EN-13 for the LZ brief with a 3 minute ETA.
16:54: The ground crew is reporting visual contact on the aircraft.
16:57: 64-2 is transporting to, and is out at, the LZ.
17:06: 64-2 is clear of the LZ; the patient will be en route to UPMC Presbyterian.
17:09: Command is marking the helicopter airborne.
17:13: EN-13 is clear of the scene.
17:15: All Station 24 units are back in service; incident terminated.
