07:47: Stations 3 and 99 dispatched for a Delta response in front of the Speedway, 400 Hansen Ave, for a 60 y/o female who had a syncopal episode and fell into a passing bus. She is reportedly bleeding from the head, conscious, laying on the curb. Station 3 acknowledges the call.
07:48: 99-4 is assigned and en route.
07:49: Control is advising this was originally reported as a pedestrian accident; an additional caller reports the school bus was in motion and the female had a syncopal episode and fell of the curb, striking her head on the bus. Rescue 3 is en route.
07:51: RQ-3 is on location. Chief 3 is responding.
07:52: C-3 is on scene.
07:54: 99-4 is on location.
07:55: Control states Butler Twp PD requested they be notified if needed and C-3 is asking for an officer to respond.
08:05: 99-4 is transporting, BLS, to Butler Hospital.
08:12: C-3 reports all Station 3 units are clear and back in service.
08:14: 99-4 is out at BMH.
