17:05: Stations 11 and 99 dispatched for a 2 vehicle MVA in the 300 block of Pittsburgh Rd, near the Dollar General. There are multiple calls separately reporting a verbal altercation and a male possibly passed out.
17:06: Chief 11 and 99-4 are responding. Control is now stating a caller confirms the male is unresponsive. 99-4 is checking the availability of air medical.
17:07: 99-21 is also now en route.
17:08: Rescue 3 is advising they are crewed and is offering their assistance; they’re asked to standby at this time.
17:10: Stat MedEvac 8 is the nearest available aircraft with a 17 minute ETA to the airport. They are requested to standby at this time. R-11 en route.
17:12: Control is now advising that PD are on scene reporting a male with a head injury, awake but not alert. Stat is now requested in the air to the airport due to their extended ETA; if needed, they will be canceled per 99-4. R-11 is on location.
17:14: 99-4 is on scene.
17:17: Squad 11 is responding.
17:18: 99-3 is now en route as well.
17:22: Stat 8 is airborne from the Grove City Airport.
17:28: 99-3 is on scene. The helicopter is now approaching the area of the Butler Farm Show Airport.
17:30: 99-4 is out at the LZ at LifeFlight 4’s base.
17:33: Stat 8 has landed at the Butler Airport.
17:37: 99-3 is transporting 1 patient, BLS, to Butler Memorial.
17:43: 99-4 is reporting the aircraft is en route to UPMC Presbyterian.
17:44: 99-4 is clear of the airport.
17:50: Command terminated; Station 11 is back in service.
