10:16: Stations 35 and 44 dispatched for a garage on fire at 1011 Bonniebrook Road. Chief 35 is en route to the scene.
10:17: Additional stations added (8 and 9?). Station 44 is asking Control about backup coverage for a medical call in Bruin Borough and is advised no one else is available for that; a 44 unit will be responding to the medical and they will not have a unit for the fire standby.
10:21: Second alert for Station 8; Chief 8-2 acknowledges. Station 35 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station. 44-2 is now advising C-35 they are on scene with a single story 30’x30′ garage, very well off, very close to another structure and they’ll only have a couple of minutes. Stations 26 and 10 are now requested.
10:22: Station 26 is now alerted for and acknowledges the call.
10:23: Control is asking Station 99 if they have a unit available for the standby and they do not. Station 45 is alerted.
10:24: Stations 9 and 45 acknowledge the call. Engine 35 is en route.
10:25: Station 10 is now being alerted for the call.
10:26: Station 10 acknowledges.
10:27: Tanker 8 and 45-3 are responding.
10:28: Engine 9 is en route.
10:30: E-9 is approaching from Old East Butler Road; they’re to setup on the road and pull hand lines down the driveway and make their attack from the Bravo side of the structure.
10:32: E-35 just turned onto Bonniebrook and is requesting orders. They are to pull directly in front of the house and stretch a hand line down the Charlie side of the house. Tanker 10 is responding and Tanker 8 is requesting orders.
10:33: T-10 is advised they’ll be needed at the scene to feed a 9 unit. E-35 is reporting on scene.
10:34: E-26 is approaching, requesting orders. They are to park behind T-8 and send their manpower up. They’re advising Command they have 2,000 gallons of water.
10:39: T-10 is approaching.
10:42: Interior crews are advising Command they have a moderate smoke condition on the 1st Division; if there are additional interior firefighters, they are requested.
10:46: 45-3 is on location.
10:47: Command is reporting the fire is knocked down at this time.
11:00: A crew in the attic is reporting a moderate smoke condition in the crawl space, but everything is “clear the whole way across.”
11:32: Station 8 is asking Chief 8-2 for orders with no immediate response.
11:33: Station 8 has a crew available but is now being advised the fire is out and crews are tearing down; they are to standby.
11:37: 45-3 is back in service.
11:49: T-10 is back in service.
11:50: All Station 26 units and E-9 are now clear from the scene.
11:53: T-8 is in service, returning.
11:54: The roadway is to be reopened. Command is terminated; all remaining units are back in service.
