13:15: 99-5 is assigned.
13:16: 99-5 is en route. Chief 14-2 acknowledges the call and is requesting Station 38 for assistance.
13:17: Captain 14 is responding. Station 38 is now being alerted.
13:18: Engine 38 is en route.
13:20: Rescue 14 is responding.
13:21: Cap-14 is on location confirming a single vehicle off the roadway; he has Command and is out to investigate. 99-5 and E-38 are also arriving at this time.
13:22: Cap-14 is advising all units there is negative entrapment.
13:24: Cap-14 is now canceling R-14 and advising Control the car is off the roadway and all units have been released by PSP.
13:44: 99-5 is back in service with a patient refusal.
