21:18: Stations 21 and 51 and Squad 98 alerted for an MVA on Route 19 at St. Francis Way. Single vehicle rollover. 51-1 is en route.
21:19: Chief 21-2 and Rescue 21 are en route.
21:20: Chief 21 and Squad 98 are responding. C-21 is asking if they are the only FD on this; they are and Station 42 is requested. Control states an additional call advises the occupants were getting out of the vehicle.
21:21: Station 42 is alerted.
21:22: Rescue 42 is en route. C-21 is on location advising all units this will be the next intersection south of that dispatched.
21:23: 51-3 is clear of a previous call and responding to this incident. C-21 is on scene with Command; he has 2 vehicles involved and all occupants are out. Both stations are to continue in. R-21 is to stage behind the vehicles to keep traffic moving in the right lane. R-21 is reporting on scene.
21:24: Engine 21 is en route. 51-1 is on location. 51-3 is asking if they are needed; 51-1 is still checking and will get back to them.
21:25: 51-3 is now canceled by 51-1. C-21-2 is on scene.
21:26: 51-1 states S-98 is handling a patient refusal and they are back in service. E-21 is approaching; they are to pull past the crash and park in front of the Command vehicle.
21:27: Cranberry Fire Police are instructed to move traffic onto the shoulder to keep it moving past the scene.
21:28: S-98 is reporting clear of the scene with no patients.
21:29: Command is instructing FP units to setup about 100 yards back and move everyone to the right.
21:30: R-42 is on location.
21:42: R-42 is clear of the scene.
22:01: Station 21 fire units are clear of the scene with the exception of Fire Police who remain on scene to assist PD.
22:05: C-21 is advising FP that the tow truck is coming up on St. Francis Way now.
22:30: The second tow truck is arriving now.
22:38: A family member is attempting to get to the remaining vehicle but FP closer to it are advising they will have to wait until the vehicle is upright.
22:41: The family member vehicle is now being directed into the scene.
22:57: Route 19 Command is now terminated; all remaining units are back in service.
