21:53: Chief 20 is responding. Control now states an additional caller reports everyone appears to be out of the vehicle, walking around.
21:55: E-19 is on scene with 1 vehicle slightly off the roadway; C-19-2 has Command downgrading all additional units to non-emergency.
21:56: Station 20 units are canceled. C-19-2 is asking R-42 their location; they are coming through Seven Fields on the way back from the earlier Route 19 crash. They are now canceled as well.
21:57: Command is advising 76-1 they will have 1 patient with a possible refusal.
22:02: 76-1 is arriving on scene.
22:17: 76-1 is clear of the scene and back in service.
