15:12: Chief 11 is asking Control to tone out his station for a 2nd call (they were alerted for ) possible structure fire, smoke in the structure at Kriley’s Auto Sales.
15:13: Control states that is not in the CAD system and is requesting an address from C-11; he states he’s not sure of the exact address, but it is the intersection of Route 8 and Brownsdale.
15:14: Stations 11, 16 and 99 are alerted for the call.
15:15: Station 11 acknowledges the call and is requesting Station 3 be alerted to cover their first call, a brush/woods fire on Dodds Road. Control is now advising that police are on scene stating this is not a structure fire but there is a vehicle accident with injuries.
15:16: C-11 is advising Control he still wants a structure fire response; Control states that was already toned out. Station 3 is alerted to cover the brush fire.
15:17: Second alert for Station 16 due to no acknowledgment.
15:18: Control is attempting to reach C-11 but not getting an immediate response.
15:19: C-11 is answering Control and is now advising that PD are reporting there are 2 separate incidents – an MVA with injury in front of Kriley’s, and smoke in the structure at Kriley’s. Control advises there has been nothing from Station 16 and C-11 is now requesting Station 15 be added.
15:20: Station 16 acknowledges the call. Station 15 is alerted for both the MVA and the structure fire. Chief 15 is en route to his station.
15:22: Engine 11 is on scene. Tanker 16 is responding.
15:25: Ladder 15 is en route. T-16 is arriving, requesting orders, and reporting on location.
15:26: Engine 15-2 is en route. Rescue 16 is approaching and is instructed to pull onto Church Road.
15:27: R-16 is reporting on scene. 99-6 is approaching, requesting orders, and is instructed to pull in front of the police car.
15:28: 99-6 is reporting on location.
15:30: E-15-2 is requesting orders; they’re instructed to pull into Kriley’s. They are still on Dinnerbell, asking whether they are to approach from Church Road or Route 8 and are told from Rt 8. L-15 is in front of them.
15:33: L-15 is on location. E-15(-2?) is being instructed to pull in behind the ambulance.
15:34: Squad 11 is en route.
15:36: 99-6 is transporting 1 patient to BMH, BLS, from the MVA.
15:38: Squad 15-2 is approaching.
16:24: Someone is stating they’re getting air and water, but no foam.
16:43: R-16 is asking C-16 if they’re released and he states they are.
16:45: Command terminated; all units are returning in service.
16:47: L-15 is reporting back in service.
