12:01: Stations 14, 25, and 99 dispatched for an MVA with unknown injuries near 721 West Sunbury Road in Center Township. An Enterprise box truck rolled over with 2 still inside as of dispatch.
12:02: Station 14 acknowledges the call.
12:04: 99-5 is en route. Station 25 acknowledges the call with 1 firefighter on station. Captain 14 is en route to the scene.
12:05: Cap-14 is requesting the availability of a helicopter, if needed.
12:06: Rescue 25 is responding.
12:07: Rescue 14 is en route. Rescue 25 is asking for the Utility truck next for traffic control.
12:09: Cap-14 states this is just south of Holbein Lane. He is now reporting on scene with a box truck on its side in the southbound lane, off the roadway. All occupants are out of the vehicle at this time. Control advises that LF-4 is on standby with a 9 minute ETA, if needed.
12:10: Engine 14 and Utility 25 are en route.
12:11: 99-5 is on scene. E-14 is canceled by Command.
12:13: 99-5 made a request to Control, but their transmission did not come through on the scanner. R-14 and R-25 are on scene.
12:33: 99-5 is transporting to Butler Hospital.
12:35: R-25 is clear of the scene; U-25 remains on scene for traffic control.
