15:35: Engine 19, 51-4, and Rescue 42 are en route.
15:37: Chief 42-2 is on scene with 3 vehicles on the roadway. There is no entrapment, just heavy cleanup.
15:38: Engine 42-3 is responding.
15:39: Station 19 is canceled by Command. E-42-3 is on location.
15:40: R-42 is on scene.
15:41: C-42-2 is stating there is a juvenile patient with an obvious head injury, a little slow to respond. 51-4 has a 4 minute ETA.
15:46: 51-4 is on location.
16:01: 51-4 is back in service with a patient refusal.
16:06: Command terminated; all units are back in service.
