19:56: Stations 29, 26 and 56 for an MVA in the area of 349 Bruin Main Street; there is a vehicle down over a hillside. There are unknown injuries; the caller was reportedly irate. Station 56 acknowledges.
19:57: Chief 26 is en route to his station.
19:58: Control is advising that Parker Fire is on scene reporting a vehicle rolled over with wires down. Engine 29-2 and Rescue 29 are responding.
19:59: 56-2 is en route.
20:00: E-29-2 and R-29 are on location.
20:01: Rescue 26 is responding.
20:02: 56-2 is advised the guardrail is across the road and they won’t be able to get through.
20:03: 56-2 is on location.
20:05: C-29 is instructing R-26 to shut the road down in Petrolia, at the Centurion at the intersection of Petrolia Main Street and South Argyle Street. He is advised their Squad will be responding behind the Rescue, if he wants R-26 to proceed into the scene. He states that is fine and to bring their camera with them when they arrive.
20:10: Command is requesting the utility companies be notified of 2 poles taken out and is also requesting PennDOT respond for a large section of guardrail stretched across the road. The poles are sheared and the wires are hanging low.
20:12: R-26 is approaching and is instructed to bring their thermal imaging cameras to assist searching for 2 occupants.
20:13: R-26 is now on location.
20:19: Control states Armstrong and Bright Speed have been notified; the ETA given was 2-4 hours. PennDOT has also been notified with no ETA; they had to contact personnel to handle the call.
20:25: Chief 29 is requesting an ETA for PSP and is requesting they expedite their response regarding the driver.
20:26: Control states PSP is less than 5 minutes out.
21:10: 56-2 is clear of the scene with a patient refusal.
22:06: Command is terminated; all Station 29 and 26 units are back in service.
