11:06: Chief 30-3 acknowledges the call.
11:07: 56-2 is responding.
11:09: Rescue 25 is en route.
11:11: Chief 30 is en route to the scene.

11:18: C-30 is on location with 2 vehicles, both off to the side of the roadway.
11:19: R-25 is on scene. They are being instructed to setup flares.
11:20: E-30 is approaching; they are to setup in the parking lot.
11:21: 56-2 is also approaching and now on scene.
