06:12: Station 15 acknowledges the call. Chief 15-2 is responding.
06:14: 45-1 is en route.
06:18: C-15-2 is on location.
06:19: C-15-2 states he has 2 vehicles in the middle of the roadway with no entrapment and one female patient complaining of chest pain.
06:20: 45-1 is approaching; they’re instructed to make a right onto Route 356. Rescue 15 is responding. 45-1 is now on scene.
06:24: R-15 is approaching and is instructed to make the right onto 356 and come down the opposite lane to the scene.
06:25: Engine 15 is en route.
06:26: E-15(?) is instructed to come in from the other side of 356 by Lernerville Speedway; they’ll need traffic control on that end. Squad 15-2 is instructed to block traffic at the intersection and not let anyone down to the scene.
06:33: E-15 is instructed to block traffic and turn them around; they have the roadway closed.
06:36: 45-1 is transporting 1 patient to Allegheny Valley Hospital.
