22:25: Tower 33 is responding. C-33 is on location confirming 1 vehicle into the embankment, just north of the on ramp.
22:26: T-33 is canceled by Command.
22:27: C-33 states there are no injuries and Stations 33 and 52 are returning in service. PSP is to be advised a passenger car will need a tow out of a ditch.
