21:27: Structure fire response dispatched to 302 Raven Crest Court for caller reporting alarm activation and smoke visible, believed to be from the furnace. 76-1 is clear of a prior call and is responding to this incident.
21:28: Chiefs 19-2 and 21, Engines 19 and 42-2, and Tower 21 are responding.
21:29: Ladder 22 is en route.
21:33: E-42-2 is on scene with evacuation in progress and nothing evident from the exterior at this time. E-42-2 is pulling a 1¾” line through the door on the Delta side.
21:35: Allegheny 228-Truck is en route. E-19 is to standby at the hydrant at the corner of Audubon Drive. C-19-2 is arriving, assuming Command as the first Chief on scene.
21:36: Tower 42 is responding. C-19-2 is stating Stations 42 and 19 can continue in emergency, all other units can proceed non-emergency. Cap-42 has interior operations.
21:37: C-21 is on location and was asked by C-19-2 to assist Cap-42 with interior ops.
21:38: Command is stating interior crew has an odor in the basement possibly from the furnace. Units are operating in investigative mode. E-19 is now on location.
21:39: T-42 is to come past E-19 and setup on Audubon Drive on the Alpha side of the structure. Operations is advising Command this is isolated to the furnace and the incident can be held to units on scene.
21:40: 76-1 is reported on location and is instructed to remain on scene.
21:41: T-42 is advised they do not need to setup at this time.
21:47: E-19 is instructed to break down the hydrant and proceed up behind T-42.
21:52: 76-1 is back in service, released by Command. C-21 is also reporting Station 21 units have been released and are returning to station.
21:54: Command is terminated; Stations 42 and 19 are back in service.
