09:36: Stations 42, 19 and 76, along with Rescue 21, dispatched for a vehicle into a house at 619 Oswego Drive in Adams Township; the operator is reportedly out of the vehicle with no injuries.
09:37: Engine 19 is responding.
09:38: 76-3, Chiefs 21 and 21-2, and Engine 42-2 are en route.
09:39: R-21 is en route.
09:42: R-21 is instructed by Chief 42 to stop and investigate the crash on Route 228 at High Pointe Drive and if not needed, proceed to the vehicle vs structure.
09:43: Fire and EMS have been canceled from the MVA on Route 228 and Station 21 units are proceeding to this incident.
09:47: Allegheny 228-Rescue is responding.
09:48: E-42-2 is on scene confirming a single vehicle into the Alpha side of the house with what appears to be minor damage to both the vehicle and the structure.
09:49: C-42 is asking E-42-2 to advise if there is a need for the additional alarm resources that are inbound.
09:50: 76 and E-19 are approaching. Both are to park and send their manpower.
09:51: E-19 is on location. 76-3 is back in service, canceled by Fire.
09:52: Chiefs 21 and 21-2 are on scene. C-19-2 is asking if R-21 has shoring equipment on it and it does.
09:53: When R-21 arrives they are to park in front of E-19.
09:53: C-19-2 reports minor damage to the garage.
09:54: 228-Rescue is now canceled by their Chief.
09:57: R-21 is on location.
10:09: C-21 states Station 21 has been released and is returning in service. E-19 is also reporting back in service.
10:34: C-42 clear of the scene; E-42-2 has Command and is remaining on scene at this time.
11:05: R-42 is requesting Control create a new detail at this address but no reason was given.
11:30: Station 42 is back in service.
