06:10: Stations 14 and 99 dispatched for a vehicle into the Clearview Mall Eat n Park, 114 Clearview Circle, Center Township. There are unknown injuries but the male occupant is reportedly outside the vehicle, walking around.
06:11: 99-3 is assigned to the incident.
06:12: 99-3 is responding.
06:13: Control was checking for acknowledgment from Station 14; Chief 14-3 is en route to the scene.
06:15: C-14-2 is on location stating 1 vehicle is completely through the side of the wall on the Route 8 side of Eat n Park. Control is asking Command to relay to PSP there are multiple witnesses at the Sheetz across the road if they are needed.
06:16: C-14-2 also states there is no one around the vehicle at this time. Control is asking Command to relay to PSP there are multiple witnesses at the Sheetz across the road if they are needed.
06:18: 99-3 is canceled by Command.
06:20: Rescue 14 is en route. Command states they have located the driver.
06:22: Control is now advising Station 99 that PSP has requested an ambulance to the scene; 99-3 is assigned to the call again and is en route.
06:23: R-14 is instructed to pull in front of C-14-2’s truck in the northbound lane and block it.
06:25: Engine 14 is en route.
06:26: 99-3 is on scene.
06:31: E-14 requested orders and was initially instructed to standby, then told to return, but E-14 states he’s going to come on scene; he needs to investigate something.
06:48: R-14 reports Station 14 is back in service. There were no other updates. 99-3 is also back in service from the scene stating they were released by Command.
06:49: The incident is officially terminated.
